Good communication skillsExcellent teamwork skillsAbility to manage own caseloadAbility to recognise deterioration and refer to consultant if requiredKnowledge of A & P of the eyePrevious ophthalmic injecting experience is a mustIdeally be on the DBS update service but not essential
