>Safety Champion: You'll make safety your top priority by always wearing a bump cap on the line and following all health, safety, and environmental rules.
>Quality Guardian: You'll keep a close eye on product quality, inspecting items both before and after packaging to make sure only top-notch goods are sent out.
>Team Player & Communicator: You'll be a key part of the team, clearly communicating with your colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
>Proactive Learner: You'll take the initiative to learn the ropes, ask questions, and take notes. Your drive to master your role will be essential to your success.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
>Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable lifting up to 20- 50 lbs and standing for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
>Agility & Precision: This role requires good hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks and the ability to work in various positions, including climbing stairs and ladders.
>Adaptability: You'll be working in an environment with varying temperatures, different weather conditions, and around moving machinery.
