Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at our client in Greenville, SC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, operating heat-treat equipment, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer: Pay of $20.00 per hour Additional $1.00 shift differential Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8-hour second shift) Temp-to-hire opportunity Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan What We’re Looking For: Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail for inspecting parts and maintaining quality standards Ability to follow written specifications and production instructions Willingness to perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator: Operate heat-treat equipment per production specifications Load and unload parts from baskets using manual and forklift methods Read lineups to determine correct load arrangements Monitor and adjust machinery settings for optimal performance Create shipping documentation and certifications for completed orders Perform equipment setup, breakdown, and routine maintenance Use related tools such as cranes, forklifts, and power tools as needed Maintain logs and monitor equipment output to ensure accuracy and quality
