Job Responsibilities:

As an operator / production, you will be part of the general assembly team, consisting of several experienced technicians. Based on your experience and know-how, you will assemble/disassemble vehicles according to the work instructions as well as develop the assembly process together with the manufacturing engineering team.

Fulfill activities according to the detailed work instructionsWork together with the plant team in regard to quality & processPerform quality and equipment checks as requiredAlert supervisor/team leader of any safety, quality, maintenance or production concerns related to equipmentUse IT systems for communication and documentation

Who we are looking for

Completion of high school diploma or equivalentAssembly related experience in manufacturing industry of 3-5 yearsAutomotive experience 2-3 yearsFluent in English

Your preferred qualifications

Strong willingness to learn and develop constantly Technical School CertificationAssociate's degree in automotive / mechanicsAbility to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as neededLea Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma
