As an Operator Molding, you will be a part of a world-class team committed to achieving flawless production standards. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and manage production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Ensure the accurate use of applicable clothing and safety equipment during all processes. + Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader. + Adhere strictly to production standards to meet quality and efficiency goals. + Assist line leaders and supervisors during audits and observations, including ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR, within your responsibility level. + Perform other duties as assigned to meet the organizational needs. **Requirements** + Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality. + Strong dedication to workplace safety and the use of personal protective equipment. + Excellent communication skills to effectively report any issues or improvements. + Ambitious and collaborative approach for success in a dynamic team environment.
