If you are determined to bring your engineering expertise to a company that values innovation and integrity, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate production processes with training from the production leader, supervisor, or designee. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Apply appropriate clothing and safety equipment during all processes. + Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, instructions, environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader. + Produce according to established production standards. + Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits as required. + Adapt to additional duties as needed by the organization. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field. + Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team. + Excellent communication skills. + Dedication to upholding safety and quality standards.
