Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production processes with training from the production leader, supervisor, or designee.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Apply appropriate clothing and safety equipment during all processes.Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, instructions, environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader.Produce according to established production standards.Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits as required.Adapt to additional duties as needed by the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.Excellent communication skills.Dedication to upholding safety and quality standards.
