Realizuje zadania produkcji i rozlewu farb i lakierów opisane ilościowo i technicznie na Kartach Operacyjnych oraz procesy bepośrednio wspierające te zadania w obrębie wydziałów produkcyjnych.Obsługuje maszyny i urządzenia zgodnie ze standardem zdefiniowanym dla stanowiska pracy w instrukcjach i wytycznych PPG, Podejmuje wszelkie czynności manualne wymagane w procesie produkcji i rozlewu takie jak dozowanie surowców, podawanie opakowań, oklejanie puszek i wiaderek etc. Przestrzega wymogów bezpieczeństwa. Informuje przełożonego o sytuacjach potencjalnie wypadkowych na stanowisku pracy.Zachowuje porządek w miejscu pracy. Przestrzega standardów 5S.Dba o powierzone mienie. Realizuje program autonomicznego utrzymania maszyn. Zgłasza awarie i niewłaściwe działanie maszyn i urządzeń.Pracuje zgodnie z wymaganiami jakościowymi obowiązującymi na stanowisku pracyOsiąga oczekiwną wydajność pracy.Poszukuje i zgłasza usprawnienia na stanowisku pracy. Angażuje się w rozwiązywaniu kluczowych problemów przy pomocy ustandaryzowanych narzędzi.Jest gotowy do doskonalenia i rozwoju umiejętności w oparciu o wewnętrzny model kompetencji.Dba o środowiskowe aspekty wykonywanej pracy. Prawidłowo sortuje odpady, minimalizuje zużycie energii etc. Wykonuje inne zadania zlecone przez przełożonego
