We've set up our shifts so you can actually have a life outside of work. Responsibilities:

Transport raw material as needed (Ability to lift 50lbs is required)

 Operate machines with a high level of focus on safety, quality and productivity.

Perform critical inspections to the product by using visual inspection and precision tools and equipment

Maintain a safe, lean, clean and organized workspace.

Follow all policies, procedures, and management systems

Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Work in a collaborative team environment

Possess the ability to operate machinery that utilizes high power magnets 

Show initiative, eagerness and a drive to gain knowledge and advance with Avery Dennison.

High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities, while adapting as needed based on business demands

Resourcefulness, accuracy, problem solving, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Possess mechanical aptitude, including measuring in millimeters and basic math skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

No Previous RFID experience required
