Inspect parts to confirm they meet acceptance criteria, and assist the line leader in material allocation, ensuring production runs efficiently. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Perform quality inspections, reading and understanding specifications, making necessary adjustments for high-quality output. + Verify and complete job orders in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability. + Review print specifications and resolve material setups to meet production requirements efficiently. + Advise supervisors of quality issues, facilitating quick resolutions. + Collaborate with production personnel to troubleshoot problems, ensuring smooth production flow. + Manage and dispose of scrap accurately, completing non-conforming tickets to reduce waste. + Maintain accountability for product quality and rework, encouraging continuous improvement. + Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs. + Observe machine operation, make adjustments, and perform in-process testing. + Assist in machine setup, cleanup, and other production duties as needed. **Qualifications** To excel in this role, you need integrity, motivation, dependability, and a willingness to learn. **Education** + High School diploma or equivalent experience. **Experience** + Required: 3-5 years in medical environment companies with good documentation practices. + Preferred: Experience in injection molding manufacturing or a related field. **Language and Mathematical Skills** + Ability to read and comprehend instructions, perform simple math calculations, and communicate effectively. **Other Skills** + Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAP systems is desirable. **Physical Demands** + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and perform tasks requiring physical activity. **Work Environment** + Exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, and indoor conditions. **Personal Protective Equipment** + Safety gear including lab coat, glasses, shoes, gloves, and hair protection.
