Responsible for the units produced in compliance with the Quantity and Quality of the product on the automated machines of their respective shift.

Reviews the accuracy of production reports of the shift using the “Hoja de Inspección de Operador”, applicable documents (“Registros de Producción”, “Traveler”, among others.

Revisa la exactitud de los reportes de producción usando la Hoja de Inspección de Operador, documentos aplicables (Registros de Producción, “Traveler”, entre otros.

Monitors scrap % threshold of the machines during the shift and raise the hand to stop the machine according to “Stop & Fix” methodology.

Monitorea el porciento de defecto permitido de las máquinas en producción durante el turno y levanta bandera para detener la máquina de acuerdo con la metodología de “Stop and Fix”.

Confirms production and the end of the shift using SAP system.

Confirma la producción del turno usando el Sistema de SAP.

When appointed by Team Leader; will be able to carry out and participates in the documentation and escalation process of Stop and Fix events and in the subsequent analysis carried out in the QRQC  - “Quick Response Action Plan” escalation.

Cuando sea designado por el “Team Leader; podrá llevar a cabo y participar en el proceso de documentación y escalación de eventos de “Stop and Fix “y en el análisis posterior realizado en el proceso del “Plan de Acción de Respuesta Rápida” - QRQC.

Depending on the needs in the operations, will assist the Team Leader and/or Molding Specialist with various functions during the shift, including working as an Operator.
