Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredThird Shift (Wednesday through Saturday from 06:45pm to 07:00am)The Operator I is responsible for :
Managing the upstream/downstream flow of the overall production process from start to finish.Execute emergency stop procedures and intervene manually to prevent critical issuesInspect and segregate defective products, measure boards, stack properly, and handle packaging, labeling, and material refillsHandling and reloading packaging materials for the production line, in a 24/7 environment.Ensures product quality, workplace safety, efficient organization, and adherence to established processes.Technical expertise, ability to perform core skills and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations.You will play a critical role in supporting and sustaining the fluidity of the product lines.Operator I - D Qualifications:
Required :
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
• Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with Production Leads, Supervisors, and Extruder Operators
• Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs | Stand/Walk through entire shift
Preferred
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Previous manufacturing experience
