Filler Operator

Responsibilities:Can safely lift up to 50lbsUnderstands and can explain the theory of operationPerforms Metal Check/ Product Screening for foreign materialsMetal Check Calibration Procedures, Electric Scale and it’s operationHACCPPackaging Eatem Foods ProductsProduct RecognitionCompletes all required paperworkFollows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.Works as a team memberChangeover and Proper Sanitation of EquipmentChopper Operator
Responsibilities:Can safely lift up to 50lbsUnderstands and can explain the theory of operationStages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making processFollows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directedOperates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedureCompletes all required paperworkFollows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.Works as a team memberChangeover and Proper Sanitation of EquipmentFlavor Technician
Responsibilities:Can safely lift up to 50lbsUnderstands and can explain the theory of operationHACCP RequirementsStages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making processFollows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directedOperates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedureCompletes all required paperworkFollows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.Changeover and Proper Sanitation of EquipmentJob Requirements: Must have mechanical abilities.Knowledge of GMP’s.Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and timely attendanceWilling to work overtime and weekends if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitudeAbility to read, write, and communicate clearlyAbility to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvementEducation Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Demands: Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
