The Operator I, Production Technical Operations is primarily responsible for handling manual and operational tasks in production, ensuring equipment is set up, operated, maintained, and troubleshot to meet product specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to Alcon policy.

Ensure operators comply to SOPs.

Ensure operators meeting hourly output target.

Supply production data to Supervisor.

Ensure all relevant production materials are in place.

Adherence to Alcon values & standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.

Minimum Requirement

Education : PMR/SPM

Working Experience : Not Required
