Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Read job specifications from the Production Record to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Observe machine operation and make necessary adjustments. Take samples and perform in-process testing.Perform required checks and document activities, ensuring compliance with Work Instructions.Assist in machine setup, emptying baskets, and preparing for changeovers. Support Set-Up personnel during changeovers.Notify Lead Operator of equipment or product issues and actively resolve quality-related problems.Spread products as required and assist with cleanup and other production duties.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must uphold our standards of conduct, which include integrity, motivation, dependability, and reliability. Essential requirements include:

High School diploma or equivalent experience.Ability to read, comprehend, and present information effectively.Basic mathematical skills for practical application.Proficiency in using measuring instruments and hand tools.Physical capability to perform tasks, including frequent lifting up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment

You will work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to vibrations and humid conditions. The noise level can be moderate to loud. Personal protective equipment such as lab coats, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and hair protection are required.
