Summary of the job

As Operator Grinding Cell you are responsible for operating and checking the grinding machines in our production cell. You ensure that parts are machined with the highest precision. In addition to these activities, you can work on the assembly of sub-assemblies for our seals. This makes it a great and varied function within the department.

Your tasks

Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC-controlled grinding machines

Inspecting machined parts for dimensional accuracy and quality using measuring tools

Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting first-line issues

Contributing to continuous process improvements (LEAN/5S)

Collaborating with fellow operators, programmers, and team leads

Your Profile

MBO (intermediate vocational education) level or equivalent, preferably in Machining

Experience with CNC grinding machines is a plus

Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring equipment

Detail-oriented and quality-conscious

Willing to work in 2-shifts
