**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed **Job Description** Production Operator Recruitment Requirements​ Responsibilities​ Implement 6S management, line clearance, and line opening in the production area strictly following work instructions to ensure a clean environment and smooth production flow.​ Conduct daily maintenance and inspection of production lines as per work instructions, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.​ Perform daily and preventive maintenance for formulation, filling, and packaging operations to extend equipment lifespan and enhance production efficiency.​ Understand level sensors, including their upper and lower limits and capacity, for accurate operation based on sensor feedback.​ Fulfill other duties assigned by superiors with strong execution and flexibility.​ Qualifications​ College degree or above in chemical, biological engineering, or related fields.​ At least 3 years of operation experience in IVD manufacturing, or in food, cosmetics, and other relevant industries.​ No gender restrictions; candidates should possess a positive work attitude, integrity, patience, and attention to detail.​ Willing to work overtime as required by the company and demonstrate strong teamwork spirit.​ Candidates with chemical or biological reagent production experience will be given priority.​ Join us at Thermo Fisher Scientific and enjoy competitive compensation, excellent career development opportunities, and a positive working atmosphere.
