Production Operator Recruitment Requirements​Responsibilities​Implement 6S management, line clearance, and line opening in the production area strictly following work instructions to ensure a clean environment and smooth production flow.​Conduct daily maintenance and inspection of production lines as per work instructions, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.​Perform daily and preventive maintenance for formulation, filling, and packaging operations to extend equipment lifespan and enhance production efficiency.​Understand level sensors, including their upper and lower limits and capacity, for accurate operation based on sensor feedback.​Fulfill other duties assigned by superiors with strong execution and flexibility.​Qualifications​College degree or above in chemical, biological engineering, or related fields.​At least 3 years of operation experience in IVD manufacturing, or in food, cosmetics, and other relevant industries.​No gender restrictions; candidates should possess a positive work attitude, integrity, patience, and attention to detail.​Willing to work overtime as required by the company and demonstrate strong teamwork spirit.​Candidates with chemical or biological reagent production experience will be given priority.​Join us at Thermo Fisher Scientific and enjoy competitive compensation, excellent career development opportunities, and a positive working atmosphere.
