We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace. **Purpose** Operator, Warehouse (Receiving admin) are responsible for packaging, storing and transporting raw materials, trade goods and finished products. Tasks also include correctly managing stock and safely shipping our products to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** Loading and unloading trucks (Raw materials, finished goods & containers) Accurate Labelling (Raw materials, finished goods & containers) GR all material withing 24hrs Action any discrepancies Ensure inventory control accuracy Providing Forklift daily maintenance services when it is necessary Material Handling (Raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods) Completing In Process Records of the operation Complying with Hygiene, Safety and Environment regulations Complying with Quality and Safety Standards (Good Manufacturing Practices) Collecting samples and sending them to QC Daily Reconciliation of dispatch and receiving processes Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner Inform field units about orders Track and update call logs and data in SAP Provide reports to upper management Comply with Food Safety regulatory and statutory requirements and food safety culture within the company. Ensure compliance to standards and specifications of the company as well as the country’s Ensuring precise “Putaway”, when done with receiving, picking, returns, dispatching, in LINE with FIFO and house keeping daily. **We value:** Qualifications & experience Grade 12 2+ years experience in Receive Admin Knowledge related to specific tasks. Emergency plans awareness. Task based Risk Assessment. Forklifts driving license Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety.
