**Job title** – Operator, Production **Location** – Karawang, Indonesia **Job model** – On Site This function will be reporting to the Supervisor, Production who is based in the same plant at Karawang - Indonesia. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your** **Key Responsibilities:** + Utilizes leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, besides customer orientation environment. + Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. + Ensure risk assessments are conducted for all routine activities and SOPs aligned with these risk assessments are in place and refreshed at regular intervals. + Work with production supervisor, and production manager to continuously identify risk and improvement opportunities by conducting frequent audits and improving SOPs. + diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training, analyzing all facets of production, and making recommendations for improvement. + Monitor production activities to ensure that safety and regulatory procedures and practices are followed. Keep good housekeeping in the working area. + Ensure all SAP data entry, batch sheets, spreadsheets, etc. are promptly and accuracy maintained. + Assist and train team members in the procedures required to perform their jobs.
