Operator, Production – 1 st Shift Germantown, WI On Site Job Band K Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM $2000 Sign on Bonus As a **Production Operator** , with direction from the Lead and Supervisor, you will produce various food ingredients, learning good manufacturing practices, and how to follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. Production Operators play a critical role in food defense and food safety. **Your Key Responsibilities:** • Loading and unloading of materials. • Packaging of finished products. • Operate forklift and material handling equipment. • Cleaning of machines and facilities. • Employees holding this position play a critical role in food defense and food safety. The hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly wage $23.00.
