Job Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the die set-up process and ensure it is followed as per job bookEnsure scheduled dies are run in order of priority for required quantitiesSet-up die protection system, verify settings as required, and document in job bookEnsure that press is set-up and running correctly including first off inspection, in process operator inspection, last-off, correct gauges and control cards, correct documentation and labelling, tool work orders, and maintenance orders are in placeOperate press(es) as requiredClearly understand and follow containment procedures.Actively participate in housekeeping and ensure press area is tidy, clean and well organizedLoad steel coils into the uncoiler when requiredOperate BT Lift or Forklift as necessary if licensedFollow all departmental procedures and work instructions.Must be aware of relevance and importance of their activities and how it effects quality and the environment for our customers
