Responsibilities:

Visually and physically check all products to conform to product quality specifications and document where appropriateDuring inspection, detect any product defects which occur on a consecutive basis to be reported to Line Supervision.Work across all production departments as requiredOperate processing equipment where necessaryCollect and supply product samples for quality assurance where necessaryCarry out any cleaning procedures and maintain housekeeping standardsMaintain GMP standards in all aspects of the roleSupport the development of “Lean Manufacturing” within the department. Make suggestions for continuous improvement and participate in implementing agreed changesTo ensure compliance with all Company rules and regulations, and also maintain a high standard of housekeepingAdhere to and conforms with the required technical and quality specifications in line with the Company’s ISO 9000 quality systemsSupport the development of 5S activities to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and housekeeping.Follow with Company Policy on Health and Safety. Report all near miss or hazardous situations to your line manager as they occur, or raise if necessary.Take an interest in personal development and follow with the learning and competency frameworks relevant to the role
