Wärtsilä France recherche un(e) Manager Operative Purchasing en CDD pour rejoindre notre entité Special Applications, spécialisée dans les services pour moteurs thermiques dans le monde nucléaire et dans la défense.

Ce poste peut être pourvu à Mulhouse ou à Surgères.

 

Ce que vous ferez :

 

En tant que Responsable des Achats Opérationnels, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des demandes d'achats et des approvisionnements en composants pièces de rechange pour notre parc mondial de moteurs installés dans les secteurs nucléaire et militaire. Vous serez responsable de l'animation, de la performance et du développement de l'équipe d'acheteurs opérationnels, en veillant à l'optimisation des processus et à la conformité des commandes.

 

Management :

 

Diriger et encadrer une équipe d’une dizaine d’acheteurs opérationnels multisites, France & étranger. Définir et développer la répartition des portefeuilles d’activités. Suivre la performance des demandes d’achats et assurer le reporting. Animer et challenger les actions d'amélioration continue. Définir les besoins en formation et conduire les entretiens individuels. Évaluer les besoins en compétences et recruter de nouveaux talents.

 

Activités opérationnelles :

 

Piloter les actions de traitement de commandes dans l’ERP (SAP), en respect de nos process et dans les meilleurs délais d’exécution. Suivre les commandes fournisseurs et gérer les non-conformités. Participer aux audits internes et clients pour maintenir les certifications. Accompagner les acheteurs dans leurs activités et piloter l’évolution des pratiques.

 

Responsabilités :

 

Garantir la conformité aux normes de sûreté nucléaire. Respecter et améliorer les processus d’achat. Assurer le suivi des demandes et commandes d’achats dans l’ERP. Maintenir un niveau d’approvisionnement optimal pour le service clients.

 

 

Ce que vous apporterez :

 

Connaissances commerciales, financières et légales. Expérience dans les achats de composants et services dans les secteurs industriels de machines tournantes, idéalement  nucléaire et militaire. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, SAP, SRM). Expérience en management et techniques d'achats. Niveau d'anglais confirmé (écrit & oral). Rigueur, esprit collaboratif et entreprenant, assertivité & capacité à travailler en équipe, savoir-faire pour prioriser & décider, et sens de la communication.

 

Wärtsilä France is looking for an Operative Purchasing Manager to join our Special Applications entity, specializing in services for thermal engines in the nuclear and defense sectors. This position can be based in Mulhouse or Surgères.

What you will do: 

 

As the Operative Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in managing purchase requests and the supply of spare parts components for our global fleet of engines installed in the nuclear and military sectors. You will be responsible for leading, performing, and developing the team of operative buyers, ensuring process optimization and order compliance.

 

Management:

Lead and supervise a team of about ten multisite operative buyers, in France and abroad. Define and develop the distribution of activity portfolios. Monitor the performance of purchase requests and ensure reporting. Animate and challenge continuous improvement actions. Define training needs and conduct individual interviews. Assess skill needs and recruit new talents.

 

Operational Activities:

Manage order processing actions in the ERP (SAP), in compliance with our processes and within the best execution times. Monitor supplier orders and manage non-conformities. Participate in internal and client audits to maintain certifications. Support buyers in their activities and drive the evolution of practices.

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards. Respect and improve purchasing processes. Monitor purchase requests and orders in the ERP. Maintain an optimal supply level for customer service.

 

What you will bring:

 

Commercial, financial, and legal knowledge. Experience in purchasing components and services in the industrial sectors of rotating machinery, ideally nuclear and military. Proficiency in computer tools (Office Pack, SAP, SRM). Experience in management and purchasing techniques. Confirmed level of English (written & spoken). Rigor, collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit, assertiveness & ability to work in a team, know-how to prioritize & decide, and communication skills.
