Workplace Arrangement:
• Fills customer orders as directed by the Lead/Supervisor
• Make sure all orders are filled and the correct packaging and labeling are used
• Maintain proper fill weights and/or volumes at all times
Key responsibilities
• Monitors HACCP CCP’s (filter checks/metal detector) and completes documentation completely and accurately
• Assists in unloading and storing materials received in the warehouse
• Mixes, blends, packages and ships products as per Kerry and customer specifications
• Assists in the preparation and maintaining of daily shipping, receiving and production and sanitation logs
• Assists in performing daily product and materials physical inventories and helps in inventory reconciliation
• Plant sanitation
• Keeps work area clean and safe
• Ensure that the package and product meet our quality standards at all times and report problems to a supervisor immediately
• Support Regulatory and SQF requirements by maintaining food safety and food quality through GMP’s, completing job tasks and maintaining sanitary work areas
• Complies with all corporate safety and environmental regulations and procedures
• Operates Forklift
• Performs other duties as assigned
Back up Provisions: Operators back up operators. Only those having job specific HACCP/CCP training/verification audits can perform HACCP Filter checks or operate the Metal Detector at packaging.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to move 125 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
• PFT & respirator fit test required
• Working at heights / climbing ladders
Work Environment
Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.
The typical starting pay for this role is $20.20 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
