About the RoleThis role is a strategic addition to support the Europe Front office’s transformation journey , designed to accelerate and drive change through Digital channel enablement, Platform deployment, AI-enabled process improvement, customer insight integration, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives that align front office operations, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:1. Transform Front Office OperationsCollaborate with Marketing to leverage customer insights for improving digital touchpoints and reducing call volumes.Manage business delivery of front office initiatives from design through to implementation.Present monthly customer insight data (surveys, complaints, call drivers) to inform prioritisation and UX improvements in Elavon Connect.Drive development of MI dashboards to provide critical insights and identify areas for improvement

2. Foster In-Person CollaborationMaintain a minimum of 3 days per week in-office presence.Build strong in-person relationships to foster teamwork and community.Promote knowledge sharing and diverse perspectives through face-to-face engagement.

3. Make It EasyLead front office transformation business governance through data-driven prioritisation and participation in sprint planning.Facilitate stakeholder engagement across workstreams, breaking down actions and timelines.Track and report management dashboard with RAG tracking and open item visibility.Deliver bi-monthly management updates.

4.AI Enablement & Process InnovationDesign and implement AI-driven, low-code/no-code process improvements using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.Translate operational pain points into scalable automation solutions.Champion AI adoption across operational teams, including training and change management.Monitor and optimise automation impact using data analytics.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.5+ years of experience in operations or transformation for front office operations.Exposure to AI-led change, preferably in financial services will be added advantage.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Exposure Microsoft toolkits and intelligent automation tools will be added advantage.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
