EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS 
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline at an accredited U.S. university.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Planner, Power Automate, Power BI)Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business data visualizationExcellent organizational and project coordination abilitiesClear and effective written and verbal communicationA proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team environmentSupport planning, documentation, and delivery of key meetings and transformation initiativesAssist with internal training coordination, tracking product release sessions for cross-functional teamsContribute to reporting automation, data digitalization, and process efficiency proposalsSupport data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Power BI and related toolsHelp maintain key O&T documentation and business operations communicationsParticipate in internal project meetings and business calls to gain insight into organizational strategy and execution
