Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege. **About the role** Identifying, developing, and monitoring Technical training needs in the operations organization. **Role & Responsibilities** + Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with area’s managers. + Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs – cover both Primary & Secondary operations field. + Develop training manuals that target tangible results. + Implement effective and purposeful training methods. + Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance. + Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement. + Drive (Durex) brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities. + Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management. + Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals. + Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training. + Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices. **Qualifications** + At least Bachelor’s degree on any related field (essential). + A minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, training, and development management. + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. + Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs. + Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills. + Creativity, flexibility, high energy, and the ability to work cross-functionally required + Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and business and communication tools. + Familiar with traditional and modern training processes. + Fantastic organizational and time management skills. + Strategic and creative mindset. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
