We're looking for energetic and dedicated Production/Operations Support Team Members to join our Miamisburg team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to learn and wants to grow their career with a supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our production team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Manufacturing and Finishing: Performing core tasks like weeding, screen printing, calendaring, and applying heat transfers to our products.
Logistics & Inventory: Supporting our warehouse operations by handling shipping and receiving, managing inventory counts, and ensuring materials are where they need to be.
Quality & Improvement: Inspecting products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and actively looking for ways to make our processes better and more efficient.
Team Collaboration: Working alongside and training other team members, assisting with problem-solving, and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Some experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
A motivated self-starter who can work effectively on their own and as part of a team.
Someone with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
The ability to read and follow instructions, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable with basic math and using measurement tools.
The ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
