What You Will Get To Do:

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading, managing, coaching, and developing the team in alignment with the goals and standards of the broader Operations division.

Lead the team to deliver all aspects of the operational plan, including customer satisfaction, business optimisation, financial and risk management, process consistency, and employee engagement

Ensure successful execution of integration objectives, transformation initiatives, and delivery of agreed benefits

Build team capability to consistently deliver a high-quality client experience

Collaborate with the functional leadership team on leadership development, capability planning, recruitment, onboarding, service initiatives, and change readiness across the portfolio

Support the centralisation of Wealth Operations capabilities into a single centre of excellence across all product lines; champion the standardisation and streamlining of processes for a consistent service experience

Drive operational optimisation by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance the customer experience, increase productivity, and reduce costs—leveraging process simplification, system rationalisation, and enterprise servicing capabilities

Proactively manage risk and assurance obligations within the agreed risk appetite, ensuring timely resolution of any non-compliance issues

Champion continuous improvement initiatives that optimise team performance and drive integrated outcomes across teams

Work cross-functionally to support enterprise objectives and enhance overall effectiveness

Represent the team at functional and stakeholder forums, ensuring alignment and advocacy for team priorities

Role model and foster the desired Enterprise culture within the team and broader function

Contribute to delivering shareholder value through effective team and operational management

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (essential); industry certifications a plus

3–5 years’ leadership experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services

Proven track record in leading teams, driving process improvements, and delivering transformation outcomes

Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and change management

Proficient with wealth systems, workflow tools, and reporting platforms

Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive with strong team development skills

Committed to high-quality client service, continuous improvement, and role-modelling a positive culture
