Responsibilities: • Process invoices promptly to ensure accurate and timely payments. • Provide operational support across assigned departments, ensuring smooth workflows. • Update and maintain customer data while performing routine administrative tasks. • Follow up on pending cases and escalate issues to the appropriate team members. • Record and manage order details using computer systems for accurate tracking. • Label packages with essential information, ensuring proper identification. • Verify the accuracy and legibility of shipping documentation before dispatch. • Pack items securely for shipment, adhering to quality standards. • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when necessary to avoid shortages.
