We are looking for a hardworking, self-starting professional that is organized and excited to support our organization. As an Infrastructure Support Operations (ISO) Intern, you will be supporting the team and our community of end users by assisting with asset management, employee lifecycle, operations management, and other areas of customer support utilizing the latest technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving innovation, enjoys partnering with internal teams, and providing operational direction and support. Most of all, you enjoy working with an organization whose vision is for a society where every person can realize their potential.What You Will DoAbility to work on-site in our Arlington, VA office Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)Greeting customers and ensuring quality customer serviceAssisting walk-up customers with creating IT support ticketsAssisting with assets and inventory management through shipping, receiving, and updating device information in an asset tracking systemDevice wipes/diagnosticsHelp improve efficiency, documentation, and operations. Assisting with prepping for conferences and other big eventsBreaking down supply boxesResponsible for working with IT team to meet deadlines on group projects and one-off requestsWhat You Will BringMust be pursuing a degree or graduated (preferably within IT, MIS, or related fields)At least 1 year of Microsoft Office experienceStrong communication skillsMust be able to lift 50 poundsStrong attention to detailAbility to perform repetitive tasks with a consistent level of excellenceAbility to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other members of the ISO teamIntegrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitudeA positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing good customer serviceFamiliarity with mobile devices such as iOSA readiness to learn new systems and toolsA problem-solving mindset and willingness to jump in wherever neededOur Values: Working at Stand Together is different from many other organizations.
