The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Effectively and proactively communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, regarding their status and questions within the recruitment cycle especially related to progress with interview scheduling, contract or offer letters, pre-employment and pre-offer checks, and onboardingServe as a Subject Matter Expert in areas of recruiting support and candidate experience management, to include high volume hiringSchedule interviews between candidates and Citi employees of all seniority levels, including travel arrangements when neededGenerate internal, international, and external employment agreement letters, including those that include complex terminology and legal terms & conditions.Utilize business acumen to recognize issues, problems and opportunities and recommend actions as neededAct as a change agent - Identify process gaps, trends, or anomalies, and recommend improvements to existing practicesAct as a leader within the team when special assignments are received in order to support projects, escalations or situations that needs deep analysisBe able to prepare and present information to internal and external auditors when requiredSupport the Talent Acquisition Team through ad hoc support & expectations, including but not limited to: Recruiting event participationSite specific reporting activities and forms completionSupport and manage ad hoc projects with WITA Business Analysts and Recruiting teamsQualifications:
Bachelor’s university finished or in progressAdvanced English level (minimum 85%)Leadership and people management skillsMinimum 2 years of working experience related to Recruiting/ Staffing/ Human Resources preferredMinimum 2 years of working experience with Workday and Servicenow Strong customer focus, especially in delivering high quality resultsStrong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detailProven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partnersStrong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficientlyHighly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-taskThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
