As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of pharmacy clerks and warehouse Associates focused on ensuring top notch quality for our patients by processing prescriptions and following standard operating procedure.

Manage and Lead the Operations TeamsCreate and foster a positive team engagement and cultureAttend and participate in enterprise work streamsCollaborate with team and peers to create improved processes and best practicesReview daily performance metrics and drive accountabilitySchedule and monitor staff and day to day workflowComplete daily, weekly and monthly meetings, huddles and coachingMeet bi-weekly with manager for a touch basePrepare for weekly touch base, staffing meeting, huddles and site level meetingsReview, coach and responds to quality issues Scheduling, managing, and tracking employee time and absences
 

What you’ll need:

High school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in operations processing2+ years of people leadership experience preferredExperience in a pharmacy fulfillment or healthcare setting preferredStrong leader with emotional intelligence and ability to engage, enable and develop staffProficient in use of PC based systems used:  Microsoft Office, On Base, Excel, and Access.Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and assist team membersExperience with training and coaching less experienced staff with the patience to explain details and processesAdvanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutionsAbility to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisionsDemonstrated ability to handle challenging conversations in a professional mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 55,000 - 91,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
