About us\n Assist Operation Section Manager to manage & supervise in operation & admin works andinventory data entry process and customer service tasks.\nSupervise the employee in the unit of responsibility to comply with the rule, regulation,instruction, order or measures of safety at work.\nInstruct the correct method of safety operation to the employees in the unit of responsibility.\nInspect the reason for the injury, sickness or disturbance due to working of the employees,together with the safety officer, and report the total result including the proposal to themanagement, for prevention of the incident without delay.\nResponsibilities\nHandle the jobs concerning the operation & administration (e.g. HR, Accounting, IT) within warehouse.\nAssist Operation Section Manager in handling company petty cash.\nTo be a first contact person on issue of operation, IT.\nManage all Data Entry Works to run smoothly on daily schedule.\nControl the completion of Data Entry Works are on-time as per operational process.\n Keep the Ops Section Mgr. informed of any problems on operation & system / data entry process.\nRequirements\nExperience  :  3 years in Logistics or Warehouse Management.\nSpecial Knowledge / Skills : Fair command of English, workable computer literacy Certification of Safety Officer (at Supervisor Level)\nRequired Competencies : Logistics & Supply Chain Process, Product knowledge\n
