About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Supervisor – Operations to lead key initiatives across inventory management, lean operations, and process improvement. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement across our distribution centre.

Role Responsibilities

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock forecasting, and auditsDrive OPEX and Lean programs to improve operational efficiency and reduce costsLead and deliver training on Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologiesManage cross-functional operational and infrastructure projects from planning to go-liveSupport daily operations planning, KPI setting, and systems optimisationProvide reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-makingDevelop and implement standard operating proceduresEnsure health, safety, and compliance across all operational processes

Role Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse operationsExposure to high-volume, fast-paced distribution environmentsHands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and labour management systemsStrong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VisioKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement toolsStrong analytical, decision-making, and project management skillsProven ability to lead, coach, and influence across teamsCommitment to health & safety best practices
