This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement—ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 1–3 years. **What You’ll Do** + Lead and assign daily work to solid waste collection crews. + Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed to meet service goals. + Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices. + Address and resolve customer concerns related to collection services. + Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and feedback. + Support and implement safety initiatives and compliance programs (OSHA, environmental, local permits). + Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals. **What You Need to Succeed** + **Bachelor’s degree** strongly preferred. + **Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics** is required. + **Class B CDL** (or ability to obtain within 90 days). + Willingness to **relocate** for future promotional opportunities. + Strong **communication skills** —both written and verbal. + Ability to **manage multiple priorities** and meet tight deadlines. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and business systems.
