Operations Supervisor
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this critical role, the Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, shipment processing, and distribution. This position works closely with the store team and key retail leaders to align inventory processes with company standards to support overall business success. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage back-of-house staff engaged in operational tasks and merchandise logistics, fostering their professional growth through coaching and feedback. + Collaborate with store team members and leadership to ensure inventory levels and replenishment strategies align with sales potential. + Streamline operational processes and optimize inventory management, focusing on accurate shipment processing and transfers. + Supervise the movement of merchandise from back-of-house to sales areas, maintaining appropriate stock levels. + Perform cycle counts based on corporate schedules to verify inventory accuracy and promptly report discrepancies. Conduct regular audits to ensure product conditions are optimal. + Identify opportunities to improve back-of-house operations and boost overall efficiency. + Work in partnership with the Store Manager to support team performance with constructive feedback and guidance. + Uphold safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and organized work environment. + Ensure stock rooms are clean, organized, and properly labeled to encourage seamless workflow and sales support. + Manage reservations and consignments, resolving issues in line with company guidelines. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: + Minimum of 3 years of operational management experience, with a preference for candidates with luxury retail backgrounds. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital platforms. + Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities. + Advanced knowledge of inventory control and operational processes. + Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
