About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join the team in Richmond.  As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

·       Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timelines

·       Monitoring and optimising warehouse workflows and processes to drive productivity and operational excellence

·       Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

·       Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

·       Providing regular reporting and performance updates to senior management

·       Fostering a positive, co-operative and safety-focused work culture

·       Assisting with the training and development of warehouse staff

What we're looking for

·       Experience (3+ years) in a warehouse or logistics operations supervisory role

·       Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

·       Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges

·       Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a logistics environment

·       A co-operative and adaptable team player with a focus on continuous improvement
