The Operations Supervisor is a key member of the operations team, with a primary focus on managing the fleet’s day-to-day repair needs and scheduling all standard services across two branches in the Chicagoland area. This position ensures that preventative maintenance, compliance inspections, and repairs are proactively scheduled and completed to maximize fleet uptime and operational efficiency. In addition, the Operations Supervisor will oversee operator safety, support customer service efforts, and assist in the onboarding and training of new operators.   The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience starting at $70,000.
