Operations Supervisor, Aerostructures - 1st Shift

In this role, you will ensure the team meets blueprint specifications and delivers high\-quality components on time and within budget\. Your leadership will be key to driving operational excellence, promoting a culture of safety, and supporting the career development of your team\. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading daily operations while meeting safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals Managing shift transitions to ensure continuity of work Approving and maintaining accurate timekeeping in SAP Attending and contributing to daily operational and planning meetings Coaching and developing employees to support skill growth and future job readiness Driving continuous improvement initiatives while upholding standard work and ESH compliance Supporting company ethics, values, and compliance expectations Managing both direct and indirect budgets effectively Note: This position may require working on 2nd or 3rd shift based on business needs\. **WHO WE ARE** At Sikorsky, we are engineers, technicians, and innovators united by our mission to deliver world\-class aircraft\.
