**Position Summary:**
The Operations and Strategy Manager in EDM is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating data management initiatives to ensure data quality, governance, and compliance. They align data strategies with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Key SCE Data Steward for the Supply Chain Excellence Leadership Team in supporting SCE Process Intake(s) through timely metric gathering and project portfolio updates.
+ Direct the orchestration of monthly business reviews (MBR) to highlight value and outcomes, enhancing future operational performance.
+ Help to Lead EDM budget management to ensure the organization remains within budgetary constraints. Opportunity to partner with third party vendors to review costs and Statement of Work Execution.
+ Support creating, managing, and coordinating internal branding communications aligning with J&J Brand Center promoting positive informative message(s) and findings.
+ Actively support the talent strategy for both the development and recruitment of digital skills and data ownership within the business.
+ Ability to lead multiple initiatives and work in a multifaceted environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist is required.
+ Complete the Statement of Work E2E process being fully proficient in eMarketplace protocols and processes. Partner with key external suppliers to handle timely SOW execution, accruals and end dates.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's or equivalent degree required.
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in similar roles within Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Communications.
+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven track record to influence/collaborate to get to desired result required.
+ Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of customers.
+ Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required.
+ A dedication to encouraging a culture of harmonization, continuous process improvement, and value creation across the organization is crucial.
+ Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills are required.

+ This position has an estimated annual salary of 100,000- $173,500 USD$
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
