**Operations Analyst** **Location:** Dallas, TX (Hybrid) **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Assignment Type:** Temporary **Pay Rate:** $ 23.44/hour **Position Overview:** As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a vital part in enabling a senior leader to operate effectively and efficiently. You'll work closely with the senior leader and their business manager to: + Understand and support organizational priorities. + Manage and organize the senior leader's calendar and schedule. + Establish routines for collecting essential business updates. + Engage with leadership to facilitate meaningful recognition and plan team events. + Collaborate with the local Site Engagement Team to plan, facilitate, and execute employee engagement activities.
