**Job Opportunity: Operations Specialist III (Hybrid – Pennington, NJ)** **📅 Assignment Duration:** 11 Months **💼 Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM **💰 Pay Rate:** $ 23.44/hour **📍 Location:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **🔁 Potential for Full-Time Conversion (Not Guaranteed)** **About the Role:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Operations Specialist III** to join the **Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) Operations** team within **Wealth Management Operations** . This team supports onboarding, plan maintenance, and operational processes for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients. You’ll play a key role in resolving escalated client issues, supporting vendor oversight, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across various HBS processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Resolve complex client issues and escalations promptly and professionally. + Ensure compliance with corporate policies and service level agreements (SLAs). + Stay informed on product updates and process enhancements. + Support regulatory and audit assessments. + Track and report Siebel case metrics; liaise with internal teams and external vendors. + Oversee vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence. + Assist with billing reconciliation and aged receivables for 40+ clients. + Conduct quality assurance for fulfillment mailings and peer reviews. + Provide backup support for debit card updates, billing, ID verification, and privacy mailings. + Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed. **Required Skills:** + Strong client relationship and vendor management experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel + Excellent time management and organizational skills + Strong verbal and written communication + Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change + Initiative and attention to detail + Experience with SharePoint and document organization **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) + Familiarity with Consumer-Driven Healthcare Products (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA) If you're a motivated professional with a passion for operations and client service, we encourage you to apply and join a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
