Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Oakland, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting various administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage daily office operations, including maintaining and ordering supplies to ensure smooth functionality. • Process and analyze data using tools such as ADP and CRM systems to support financial and operational goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across operational tasks. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address issues and provide updates. • Monitor inventory levels and organize procurement processes to avoid shortages. • Support the implementation and tracking of operational workflows to improve efficiency. • Prepare reports and documentation related to operational activities. • Assist in resolving administrative challenges and troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Collaborate with other departments to align operational needs with organizational objectives.
