In this key support role, you’ll help maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success. What You’ll Do

Review and manage customer accounts and billing information

Conduct data entry with precision and consistency

File and maintain accurate internal records

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or outstanding matters

Prioritize and manage a variety of administrative tasks to meet deadlines

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

Strong computer literacy and comfort with administrative tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in utility or corporate administrative environments

Familiarity with billing systems or customer account platforms

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
