What You'll Do

You will join the BCG Istanbul Operations Team and support a variety of office and HR administrative processes that ensure the smooth functioning of our workspace and employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the local Operations Senior Coordinator and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, (HR, Payroll, Procurement, etc), playing a crucial role in a fast-paced, international environment, with exposure to topics ranging from facilities coordination to employee services.
You will also assist in managing key internal processes related to employee health insurance (especially for senior leaders), visa documentation, social security, and vacation tracking – helping maintain accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service quality.

 

You are good at:

 

Assisting in the coordination of day-to-day office operations (e.g. maintenance, health & safety procedures, utilities, and services delivered by external providers);Supporting internal communications related to facilities and operational updates;
Ensuring internal systems and trackers are kept up to date and aligned with audit and compliance requirements;Handling with some HR operations support, working closely with Payroll and other HR teams;Assisting with logistical arrangements and documentation for onboarding;
Assisting in the management of employee-related processes, such as:Health Insurance: handling onboarding/offboarding and changes in employee health insurance coverage;Coordinating regular medical check-up processes for eligible cohort;Visa and migration: collecting required documentation, assisting with coordination, tracking visa application progress and working with external agencies;Social security: supporting documentation and tracking for employee social security registrations.

What You'll Bring

Relevant professional experience (3-4 years) in office administration, operations, or HR operations support within a fast-paced and international corporate environment and international corporate environment;Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Turkish and English;Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;A collaborative attitude and service-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
