Service Representative – (Electronic Funds Transfer Reporting) (Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite) About the Role Join a dynamic team within CCBO Payment Operations, the centralized wire hub for a leading Canadian financial institution. As a Service Representative – EFTR, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with FINTRAC regulations by reviewing, correcting, and submitting international wire transfer records. This is a high-impact role where accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness are essential. You’ll work with internal systems and tools to manage EFTR records and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
