About the Role
To ensure smooth onboarding process and agency movement process for AIA sales channels, conducting and reviewing agent’s fit and proper assessment.Be up-to-date and well-versed with regulations pertaining to Agent onboarding, fit and proper requirements. Support the team in day-to-day tasks (provision of data/reports).
Onboarding and Agency Movement
Ensuring smooth onboarding process of new agents from Due Diligence, reference check, to eventual onboarding of new agents.Be up-to-date and well versed on the regulations and papers pertaining to onboarding of representatives and fit and proper guidelines.Drive and lead onboarding sessions to track and push for applications in pipelines.Prompt and quick follow-up with pipeline applications.Timely Agency and Agent code creation and filing of agents’ onboarding documents.Provide support in consolidation of agents’ stats (Demographics/Adverse)Monitor and track agents that has adverse records or are on Monitoring.Timely support in processing of agents’ movement.Preparation of payment files (pertaining to onboarding and representatives).Streamlining and improving processes.Lead project discussions pertaining to onboarding and agency movement.Others
