About the Role

We’re hiring an Operations Specialist in our Operations Team to assist with experimental products within DoorDash Labs.  In this role, you’ll work with multiple stakeholders including Product and Engineering (hardware and software) to assist with the various tasks relative to the deployment and sustenance of experimental products. Which includes, but is not limited to; Traveling to merchants for the training staff, on-site audits to gauge product performance, data collection, as well as debugging for various new product features. This role will be responsible for supporting our merchant partners and supporting colleagues from Wednesday through Sunday from 10am-6pm PST.
